After you signed the Statement of Work (SOW), here is what you can do and anticipate in upcoming activities.
Congratulations and Welcome to the Goliath family! Now that you have a fully signed Statement of Work (SOW) the fun begins!
Depending on the services or tools purchased, it all starts with a Goliath services person reaching out to your point of contact (POC) to schedule a Kick-off call. The Kick-off call will be important in obtaining critical information related to your project. It may require (based on services needed) account permissions, user/host computer list, network IP addresses, integration information from Microsoft O365 or Google Workplace. During the kick-off call, all that will be explained, and proper planning will occur.
We will make sure you are part of this project and move at a pace you are comfortable with, and ensure that we find opportunities along the way to educate you on cyber security and the services and/or tools to make you a cyber champion in your business.
Throughout the project, we will be in communication with you and discussing the progress along the way. You are integral to your cyber security!
Lastly, as we wrap up the project, we prefer (although not mandatory) to have a close out activity at the end. This offers an opportunity for you to ask any questions, review any documentation, or review configuration of the tools used in the project.
